At Island Bay Builders Limited, we do residential new builds, renovations and alterations and shop fit outs. If you need full project management, we are able to do full design and build, working closely with many of the top Wellington architects.

We like to work to a fixed price, with any variations quoted before they are undertaken so you know exactly where your budget is at. We believe communication is key and organise onsite meetings with all required parties attending (clients, architects, engineers and sub-contractors). We have a large team of efficient and trustworthy sub-contractors that we have used for years with proven success.
